Bugsay!...

Seafood day.... during stay in Surigao, we seldom to eat seafood, because the place which is sell the seafood is not too near with us. so that's why we always eat chicken there. but today we will eat seafood at Bugsay Restaurant. It served kinds of seafood as like shrimp, tuna and others. we went there by three cycle with our buddies, they are Stella and Charm. when we arrived there, the place is cozy for us and it is better if you come to bugsay restaurant in the night because the view was adorable. there will be the lamp that was decorated as the spot for taking a picture with the wind from the sea and the sky that there are many stars there. The price was not too expensive but the taste was nice and i liked its shrimp.



After eating in bugsay went to other place but still there is the sea, arrived there, i saw the seller who sold balut, i think balut is extreme food from Philippines. it is an egg from duck but the age is about 17 days up to 21 days, so when we open the egg that is not only the but there are the head of the duck already, and when you choose the egg which is 21 days, you can see the feathers and when you eat it, you can feel that bones and that feathers in your mouth. I didn't try balut because I'm not the one who eat extreme or strange food as like balut. I asked my buddies to eat that. they said that they really like balut because the taste is nice.
